Our innovative tracking system provides real-time insights into your students’ bar preparation. It provides detailed student progress data during BARBRI Bar Review courses, enabling ASPs to monitor performance, track assignment completion, review exam and essay metrics, and perform self-directed analyses using downloadable data files. The Partner Portal replaces the previous Reporting Tool, offering improved ease of use, deep data insights, and new analysis capabilities.

Designed as a data dashboard for ASPs, the Partner Portal provides a complete view of a student’s overall progress on a single screen while also allowing ASPs to dive deeply into the data. Data provided includes:
- Progress over time comparing students’ completion metrics to both BARBRI’s recommended (or “default’) schedule and to the student’s custom schedule
- Detailed multiple-choice data for BARBRI-assigned questions, optional MCQ Bank questions, and supplemental AdaptiBar questions
- Detailed practice exam data for the Foundations Baseline Exam, Stimulated Exam, 100-Questions Final Exam, and the MBE Refresher Exam
- Detailed essay data, including scoring metrics, and full-text essay review
- Downloadable raw data files that allow for self-analysis and additional data (including Florida MCQ data)
